    Hi,
right now I am thinking about switching to rear either Scout or Mitas 07.
The Mitas solution is cheaper (where I am at least), but not sure about comparison of the tires on/off road.

Can you describe why would you choose mitas over Scout? (as I read most of the posts here and it looks like Scouts do lead a bit(.

    many thanks

    F

    Good one :evil

I actually just tested to place the tire spoons on the oil tank bracket because i´m thinking of fiddeling with some carbon fiber bracket/box for the tools in that area during the winter..

They are now back and secure under the saddle.
The co2 bottles is just strapped for added friction, they will come out anyway.

Is there someone who has made som nice setup with the rear underseat compartment, and can someone tell me what the half round "bottle" molding and the rubber strap under the rear fender is intended for? That one behind the crossbrace for the saddle lock.
    Pictures please:D

Had the Heidenau K60 Scout and now the Mitas E-07, and in my opinion, Mitas are better :clap
I felt on and off road better grip, feeling, feedback, security, balance..., well, i felt more confortable with the Mitas in every situation :evil
It gives a lot of confidence and allows a fast and fluid riding.
Heidenau is also a good choice, but didn't felt so good or confident like i felt with the Mitas.
But this is just my opinion and because i felt real good with the Mitas, doesn't mean everyone will

Yesterday I had a custom map programmed courtesy Nels Byersdorf of 2 wheel Dynoworks. Cured my 4k hiccup and found me another 4 or 5 horses!

Moto Caddy rated to handle 600 lbs. before I beefed it up. Worked great and got me from L.A. to Shasta. Rally was great. Highlight was hanging with Jimmy Lewis and taking his riding clinics. His techniques and patience were top flight.
