KLR 650 Doohickey tools no longer needed. LA/OC area.

    If anyone needs the rotor puller and wrench that holds the rotor in place needed for a doohickey upgrade on the klr 650. Let me know. I'm done using it and thought i would pass it on. Its a waste to have to buy it for a one time use. I live in Whittier.

    you do the "do" once and you're done. so the tool is a one time tool.:deal

    I think giving up the tools is unwise. If you keep the bike a long time you will probably have to go in and change the spring. Plus if anything goes wrong with the balancer chain itself or anything else inside that inner cover you are going to need those tools to get the rotor off again.

    Anyway I kept mine for the reasons above. And I did go in and change the spring at about 25k miles.
