Is the Husqvarna TR650 the best bike to come out for 2013?
    4161 + VAT(UK),66mpg,56bhp........amazing!
Two and a half Huskies to 1 KTM Adventure, and it'll still take you
to Africa with a 200 mile range, sounds good on paper to me![IMG]

The engine is neat and the price is great, but the suspension is cheap and the weight is horrible.

Bike of the year? Not so much - for me.

Does it have the Husky sub-frame that you can't hang a bag lunch off of without breaking it? Will the top end of the motor outlive two sets of tires? Will the headlight outshine a Bic lighter?

The engine is basically the same as the bmw F650 (single, not the twin) and the g650gs (single); the engine is a die hard engine, except the engine is tuned to have about 10 more hp than the beemers. Other threads on here are having pretty good reviews on the bike. I have one of the baby beemers and the bike is great, but I am beginning to get tired of listening to a single (I much prefer the sound of a twin, either a v or parallel-I have multiple bikes).

I'm interested in a tr650 and got a price quote out the door of $7195 US. Not bad but seems a little high.

Yeah, not quite sure why it's so heavy......and the weight's over the front.
Some nice machinery coming out for 2013,just couldn't justify 13.000GBP
for a BMW GS or KTM Adventure......i'd rather build something for about a
    3rd of that!
If Suzuki could price the new V-Strom under 9000GBP,i think it'll be a huge
seller, great motor!(i know,it's planned for 2014,but i can see it out very soon!).
