Finally got around to finishing up my installation on a 2002 Aprilia Caponord. With the PIAA brackets, they went right on my factory crash bars.

I am thinking of getting a set of the MM10 Bullet lights on my Super Tenere for day and night driving lights. I'm also thinking of getting a set of the MM8 Flood lights to light up more of the dark back roads and what little off roading I may do.

Can I wire the MM10's into my running lights and the MM8's into the high beams? That way the MM10's will always be on even when the high beams are on along with the MM8's. Is this not a good idea or should I use some kind of controller and/or a fuse block? Is this overkill? I was thinking that the MM10's would light a bit further and the MM8's would light a wider path. Maybe the MM10's will be all I need?

Does it matter what height you mount them? I was thinking of mounting the MM10's low on the crash bars and the MM8's up by the headlights.

    Thanks,
    Chris<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>

Installed them in the bolt hole for the oil coolers:

Clean and elegant design made them fit sweetly in place:

    Chris,

sorry for the delayed response. Ive been traveling alot lately.

You can wire the lights as described above (directly) no problem. Mounting either of the light sets low will light up the side of the road closer to you.

    thanks,
    -Brian

Are these still being offered with the 5% discount? If so, how do you enter the code (ADV5) when ordering?

I just installed the MM10 kit and I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the bullet lights and their housing, as well as the ease of wiring, nearly plug and play. Connect 2 leads to the battery and 1 lead to a switched source.. Done. The illuminated switch: red is off, green is on is a great feature, and the price is right.

Thanks for extending a special price offer to the ADV community :thumb

Just went to the site to order a set. Looks like the MM10s are out of stock right now. Any idea when they will be available again?

Edit: Kris took care of me. Thanks, and I look forward to installing them on my Wee!

I finished my Mondo MM10 install on my WR250R a few days ago and thought I'd post up... I have a full installation post on my website here, including the custom brackets I made that really turned out nice on my WRR!

So far I'm very pleased with these aux lights.. just what I was looking for! Thanks Mondo!!
