Still can't find the pic I was looking for. :baldy

Ah well, little slow around here tonight.

This is a good one. I'd been riding for a few days and had no idea I wasn't going to see anything. This is Nevada, heading toward the Sierras. California was burning that year. Nothing but smoke for 3 days.

It created some wild looking skies.

Found it... seems like I have a couple dozen of these. I don't know how EC keeps his pics manageable.

    Favorite view of Flagstaff...

Up Long Falls Dam Road and then head across N. Flagstaff/Scott road.

The little road that goes out to this overlook is getting pretty well grown over. Used to get this view from the road.

    Jonsing for fried dough.

At Sill's diner in Layton (Salt Lake) they call this a SCONE?!?

Fried dough covers it pretty well...

I am in love with this bike! I have a feeling it will be priced through the roof though.

Been talking to my son in AZ, he is moving back home in Sept:clap

He is thinking he needs a dual sport bike so he can come ride with me/us..

He has ridden dirt bikes and a bunch of different street bikes. I have been pushing him in the direction of a DR350-650 or DRZ 400. Money will be tight for him so we are thinking DR...it can be a fixeruper...

the reason for the DR is the fact he grew up riding 4 wheelers and dirt bikes and I know he will be in trails with whatever he buys. ( I am thinking he would really like Shoeins and 2T's setups)

There are a couple xt600's out there today but I worry about parts availability and IC said they are very street biased

So I would appreciate it if you guys would keep your eyes out for a dual sport at a good price..

    How about a nice 950?

If yer gonna ride a 650 on the trails you might as well ride that.
