When do they let you bring this one in and do you get to sound the horn.

My mistake it was the QM2. She was doing 5 day crossings to NY but it was costing Cunard 1 million dollars in fuel. So they now cross in 7 to save fuel.
She has 30,000 hp azi pods on the stern. 4 of them and 13,000 hp bow thrusters. 1,100 feet long.
I still need two tugs to assist in turning her around into the east river current.

Once I board a ship there is no " let me" to it. They completely relinquish the ship and do what I ask of them. So yup sometimes, like if some idiot in a blow boat thinks he has right of way and is in the way, he gets "the horn". Lol

Frank, you make it the Garden State boating thread, and we're likely to see Barry post the drowned BMW picture .....for the millionth and one time. :rofl

BTW..took my kid to the dealer with me last night, for oil for the SV last night. The guys brought out of these with the seat all the way down. We sat little man on it and his feet touched the ground. Oh yeah...he is gonna follow in daddy's two wheeled obsession.

Goes quick Andy. Cherish every moment. Cute kid.
Commander Barlow is enjoying his second round with his grand children and takes advantage of the opportunity I would like to be just like him when it's my turn.

Actually, I was tempted to show the pictures of the ruptured appendix I took out this morning with the laparoscope! Not much horsepower needed to yank the sucker out through the belly button!

Your wish is my command. Don't watch this if you have a weak stomach. Was the operation I did this morning, including the drain.....

Thanks. Like playing a video game!

p.s., Frank, sorry to steal your thunder, but Doug baited me.... What you do with those ships in the harbor is truly amazing. Only a handful of people in the world can do that stuff. There are at least a million appendix pickers out there!
