Moto Mutz have been going to Manning´s every Tuesday night for several years. They reserve several tables in the front room, buy us a couple of pitchers and complimentary appetizers, and in the summer reserve us the outdoor dining area adjoining the parking lot.

I don't live in the Twin Cities anymore, but I'm surprised no one mentioned this place:

Yup. Was in there last summer. Still great food and atmosphere, but the roast beef sammiches weren't quite as good as when Stan (RIP) used to hand-stack them. "You're too skinny, better add a little more!" :rofl

Sounds like fun. I'm not sure if I can make it out on Saturday, but I'll try to make at least a couple throughout the summer if these keep going. Thanks for taking the initiative JJ :clap

Well, Manning's was a big hit last night. I think that all of us found something on the menu to our liking. I'd heard good things about the chili so that's what I had. I would highly recommend it.
The back room is kind of big and they don't usually reserve it for smaller groups, so I don't think we'll have it ot ourselves on Saturday. I asked a server about Saturday nights, and she said that it shouldn't be a problem fitting our group in somewhere. She also suggested giving them a call ahead of time and they should be able to get a couple tables together for us.
So there ya go. The number there is 612-331-1053.

The ride home was fairly uneventful except for a couple of spots that got "interesting." And I did pass one cager that had spun around on I-694.

Apparently the combination of onion rings and chili makes for a good pet repellant. When I woke up this morning, neither of the dogs were sleeping in the bedroom with me. Payback's a bitch, kids.

Oh, and we need to add Mayslack's to the list of upcoming M&G's.
