EASY single track ride!! Wildcat OHV area, Saturday May 11th, meet at 7:30 AM, ride starts at 8:00. Wildcat OHV staging area is located 1 mile down Bartlett Dam Road from Cave Creek Road.

We will ride until 10:30 +/- and then head down to Zen Moto at Scottsdale Road and Adobe to enjoy Dillon's Customer Appreciation Event.

Who should come?? Riders already having off road experience looking to step up to the demands of riding single track trails. Ideally, a dirt oriented motorcycle like a KTM, DRZ400, WR, or XT would be the best choice. Off road EXPERTS on 650's will be OK.

Who will not like this ride? If you have little experience riding dirt roads or more technical jeep roads, you will struggle.

You will be expected to pick up your own bike, unless you are pinned under it. Everyone is expected to lend a hand to others requiring assistance.

Wildcat has a very diverse trail system. The good part, we will be riding the less rocky, less hilly trails. The bad part, these trails tend to be sandy and whooped out. Speeds will be slow and stops will be frequent.

Big-E, why don't you head up a big bike ride for the heavy iron crowd? It would be a shame to knock the new off that 690 scrambling around goat trails.

Yeah, where it that ride report - Terry??? Photos???

It was a good short but sweet ride. Conditions were great (not too hot as we started early) and the dust was tolerable. Nightstalker lived up to as advertized and led us on some nice singletrack, some up along the ridgeline throught a Cholla forest! 4 of us DS riders pealed off and rode down 136th to later meet up the rest of the group and many others at Dillon's grand opening even. All had a great time.
