I guess this pic fits three different threads here. My mtb, my van, and my teardrop all in one.

Wish I could take credit for this, but alas, it's not mine. Saw it at the Woodies on the Wharf. Couldn't find any other pictures of it, but could have sworn I took one of the insides.

Just returned from a family trip to Yellowstone in the pop-up. Along the way I try to figure out how I'd like to retire and travel (many, many years from now).

I think I've found the perfect rig. No pics, but it was a Chevy 3500 with a utility box and truck camper. At the rear was a 6' deck and strapped down was an XR650. It was sweet and perfect. You could put as little or as much into the rig as you wanted. ie. tacoma+small camper+small bike, or a 3500 rig, large Lance camper with push-out and a large bike. :deal

Kinda like this but the rear deck was much larger:

Oh man....now you're just teasing us!!!

I've heard about the "Woodies on the Warf" gathering, and would not only love to see the interior pics of this...I'd love to see what they were pulling it with!

I'm not a tear-drop fan, but that pic is simply perfect.

Let me just say wow, I'm impressed by his dedication and it looks like it came out nice. I wonder what it weighs, did he ever get it weighed...[here's a nickle...]?

And that's some damn fine woodwork.

OK, just got back from a tiny camper romp:

Vaughn Lake above the Flat Tops - nice quiet place
    [IMG]

They run sheep up there - if you look close you see the Great Pyr. that guards this flock, no we did NOT pet him....

Wife had been asking me for years to go to Dinosaur, so we did that. Carnegie Quarry:

Rock art on the self guided walk, well worth the time, as is the homestead at the end.

The wife likes Telluride, and Woods Lake campground is less than an hour away and has nice services and big sites:

Another place we had not been: Mesa Verde - now that place is sort of scary in a way:

Sadly, the trip was right in the heart of the monsoon, we got one really nice day up on Divide Road above Nucla, but otherwise a lot of rain, we spent two nights out of nine in motels, then cut the trip short a day as the rain looked like it was going to go unabated for another week.

We plan a trip after the monsoon is over - early Sept. we saw lots of good place to go back to.

I managed to impress the wife.

I like your trailer - I am going to be doing something similar in a 20ft tandem axle version, so I can haul my rhino or my miata in it. Where did you get the fold down beds and counter?
