I went to look at it,,seems to be all there, and not to bad on the corrosion/rust,, it has compression, but no spark, has magic button, no battery life. He cannot find the Title, or even any old registration,,so there's more cash to the DMV.
I offered him 450,,he declined,, I left.

Good call - $450 would be top dollar for a non-runner without a title. We can find you a better deal than that! Should not be a magic button on that bike unless the horn plays magical music.. ;-D

This might be a long shot but I,m selling my 1996 Geo Tracker 4x4 4door SUV with auto 4speed w/ od good tires no rips in seats runs good new belts and air shocks and hitch. Only 115xxx miles. Worth more then the $ 1800 I'll take. I can send pics if interested. Car is in Tacoma area but I can transport for gas$.

I honestly didn't even look for the button,, I was already backing away when he wouldn't dicker at all. He said it had electric start as well, but needs a batt. obviously.
I suggest, him being the owner would have an easier (and cheaper) time at the DMV correcting the lost Title issue,,otherwise the buyer will have to pay for Title search, as well as Title transfer, on top of tags and registration.
Put the cost over the top for me.
My thought was to get a small easy to ride street legal bike to put under Linda's ass so she can take the course at LCC and get her endorsement and then put her '66 R60/2 Beemer and hack back on the road.

She doesn't need her own scooter to take the class. They provide a suitable mount as part of the class.

But the bikes were never serviced they way they should of been and the wiring on them is all messed up and taped and cut. This particular bike they called it chitty chitty bang bang because of the motor knocking. They ran the pis out of them and never took care of them.
