A pic from just a couple of days ago; just because.

Still running your fairing, Chris. I'll try not to smash it. :D

I updated the first post last night.
We are no longer limited to a run of 10 for the 2008-2011 KTM EXC and XC-W models. We have worked everything out with our new fairing supplier (Beechum1 here on ADV) and we are accepting new orders! :freaky

Very cool. I honestly think that the RMK helps make my 530 the perfect dual sport for me; worth it even if you never do a rally. :thumb Thanks for all the work on this. :D

Getting the wind off transforms the bike for me... 70mph on the stocker is work. 70mph on the RMK bike, even without gearing changes, is almost relaxed.

I balanced the wheels, and, with taller gearing (and the custom seat), 70mph is as comfortable than my 950 Adventure. Maybe more, actually- no buffeting.

    Thanks Duke and Ned.
I have been lacking in sending the message out how well this kit works outside of racing. This kit transforms your bike into an awesome, long distance, go anywhere (yes any trail) machine.

Yup...with balanced wheels, and the kit, the 450 is awesome. It's very close to ultimate off-road adv. machine.

I think this is really significant.

Large DS bikes, from the S10 to the GS to 950/990, are still rather piggish in the dirt to many. Yet smaller dirt bikes, while wonderful in their element, aren't that good on the road.

It appears ya'll have bridged that gap. And perhaps even created a new motorcycle segment. :clap

I agree, Lobby. It makes rides enjoyable that used to be marginal- either too much tech dirt for a big bike, or too many miles for a little one.

Another issue people go on about is how much maintenance the 450/530 is... that hasn't been my experience. About all they demand is fresh oil from time to time, but even that is a 15 minute job easily accomplished at any autozone along a route.
