Sounding as they should. (On the chicks hot list :rofl)

Chris Swallow is the son of Bill, the 2nd winningest rider at the Manx. Now living in En Zud, and riding a Kiwi built Manx that was just delicious. Podium on debut. Not bad.

Always wanted one of those. Still do. But, I'm probably lucky I didn't nut myself good on that Honda RS125 I raced. Think I'll watch, and drool, from the sidelines now. :lol3

Ryan Farquhar's last ride? He lost his close Uncle a cupla days later, and retired from racing, saying he wouldn't ever want to put his family through that pain again. ( Having said that, he's turned up this weekend for the 'Island Classic', with the UK team, so maybe it's just real roads....??)

If you get time to get away from those bloody motorbicycles , have a look around. It's a beautiful little island. We went for a ride in a small boat round the ' Calf of Mann', fantastic! Spectacular .

So it's almost time to roll for our bloke. Hasn't raced here since the '80's, on the same bike, a Honda 500/4 with plenty of mods. The engine has done the 'Island Classic' in Oz as well as a couple of major UK meets like Cadwell Park. So she's done some serious race miles. But he knows how to put one of these things together:wink:
The night before. (Or was it morning......?)

Ok, time to go. You comin' ?

Meanwhile, I rush off to the Creg, to take a cupla pix, and a video. You only get four chances. Mind you, for him that adds up to 150+ miles :huh

And according to the race commentary, the best sounding bike on track. And who am I to argue? :D

    After. Now there's a happy little Yorkshireman....:clap

He finished way ahead of some seriously big money teams, comparatively speaking, and a couple who didn't. Well done!

Oh dear, I've a 500/4 which I didn't know what to do with. You may have given me an Idea! Looks nice in those colours, and sounds nice too!
