Thanks to everyone that put this together and made my first ADV ride to one that I'll never forget. I hope to see you again soon.

A trifecta of weather, weekend, and beer all came together for DV Daze. Thanks again to all that made this possible!

Turns out I have a fractured clavicle but I think that's about it. I had a blast riding this area with this group. The crash was 100% operator error. We came across two roads lower than the ground we were traveling on and I just got crossed up a little too much and got pitched into the ground. You can see the marks in the dirt after TravelToad picks up the camera. Better video to come once I get my marbles back in the jar. Those sand dunes were a riot and the canyon trails were a lot more entertaining than I had expected. VIVA!

Thanks guys for keeping cool while I was out, checking on me throughout the night, helping with the pain relief, helping get my bike in the truck, AND THANKS AGAIN ROB for driving me back to our neck of the woods in my truck. That ride home was probably the scariest part of the weekend. Did I mention we ran out of gas before Trona?! :huh:huh:huh

Alan and Mark are a couple of bad asses from the Bay. I'll hang with you guys any day. Thanks for sharing your camp with a stranger.

we can all now look back and laugh, but I think I was more scared than you. I'm glad you are okay, and that you and Rob somehow made it home.
