Well I *was* serious - I was thinking more along the lines that these are quality videos that have quite a following and having a sticky would make them easily accessible.

I guess if it does not follow the "charter" of the site and its owner then it is not possible; I guess too I have misunderstood the properties of a sticky...

I agree with the ad-free bit, for sure - keep it that way Baldy!

I just came across this gem from our recent ride in the South Island of New Zealand and had to post. Not my usual production standards but a goody nevertheless. Son and mate were inseparable for the whole trip.....as evidenced in this vid.

The 2012 KTM690 video shoot will be on in the next couple of weeks. The first ride will be a 500 k loop in a day with Freeway, black top, Stockton Beach, twin and single trail in the Watagans. Philippe will accompany me using my trusty 640.

Second shoot will be around Newnes, Black Fella Hand Trail, Wolgan Valley and return to Sydney.

Really looking forward to riding this bike.

The next series of vids will be focussed on the 2012 690 Enduro R. Here is the first of that series.

Don't hesitate to shoot me questions about this bike.

Look forward to reading/watching all about this bike. Your 'short term' local tests but more importantly your 'long term' ride home... can't wait for either!:clap

I've got a lot on at the moment, but I'd promised my riding mates and their sons that I would post some video of our recent South Island New Zealand ride.

As you'll see, this has quickly been thrown together. That aside it gives you an insight into the experience of riding in NZ.

I'll be back there again. I just love it.

    Edog,

I've had a look at the Highcountry website. Which tour is the one in your video?

    Thanks

    Hi JTB,

    Here is the link.

    http://www.highcountry.co.nz/High_Country_Trail_Yamaha/High_Country_Home.html

The thing that attracted me to them was the extensive access they have to farm land, so bikes only ride on the trails a couple of times a year. They are also legal in terms of access to conservation land.

I highly recommend them. As you can see I've gone twice now. Next time I go, I'm going to do an Adventure ride with them. The South Island is just magnificent.

We were up at Louee testing the 690 yesterday and I went over and filmed some riders on the ramp.

This guy nearly landed on me.

Don't know who he is yet, but that was close. Look at the rocks and shit that were thrown up when he lands.

And a good wheel stand from New Zealand.

A rushed job, but needed to get it up for my mates before heading OS. This is the second and final part of our recent NZ adventure in January 2012.

A number of people are asking me about the music, the artist is Lloyd Spiegel from the album Tangled Brew that can be purchased from Black Market Music.

The filming for the test of the 690 is nearly complete. Should have a vid in the next week and a bit. The 690 has proved to be a real weapon.
