Awesome! My son has been racing dirt bikes for 10 yrs or so.We bought a 350 Honda and ratted it out for his first street bike.

If the trips keep getting longer every time, I'm going to be riding half way around the world by the time I got to a Panigale. Great idea though. :evil

The 2 things I wish I done much sooner on my SV was the seat and the suspension. The Sargent seat was waaaaay better than the stock seat. You can pick up a used shock from a ZX10, ZX14, 636, GSXR, etc. and firmer springs for a couple hundred. Both of those upgrades made it a lot nicer so think about those things sooner rather than later. :deal

Looks great with the 2 brothers exhaust, rear cowl and chin spoiler. Love it. :clap

    A quick update:

He rode the bike for a while then went off to school. He didn't have a place to secure the bike initially so he left it at home with his dad.

His uncles wanted to take a trip to the Million Dollar Highway in Colorado with his dad. My friend asked his son if he could borrow the SV for the trip since his bike was turned into a cafe racer and not great for an extended trip.

Justice stripped all the luggage off when I gave it to him. He was actually taking the bags and racks off while we talked and threw them in his pickup. His dad put all the touring stuff back on the bike and took off to Colorado this summer. :clap
