Yeah, those Yamaha's are real maintenance hogs-- not like KTMs :lol3

Did have a KTM LC4 a few years ago, can't say anything bad about it, was a fun & very light bike.

    pass this
    [IMG]

Just up the road turn right here
    [IMG]

Just a bit up turn right again in here...

Old black top & gravel changes to sand...just stay strait
    [IMG]

What an area....trails and courses everywhere....

Look for the water hole and the bush downward from the bike
    [IMG]
or upward, Ducky is hiding on the backside facing the water

Yes it is. Doc has the "get" pics.

Since you're north, here's the new tag.

First off, it's an "old" road near the Delaware River.

The entrance from the east. Frank's and my bikes facing out from where you have to go if you come in from the east.

From the west, go to the left at the horse.

Sorry, Jim. Walter and I got the tag earlier, but I had some chores to do before sitting down in front of the air conditioner to post the get photos.
Knollinger, what a great area to explore! Thanks!!!! Here are the tag shots (as you can see, we were there before 8 a.m.):

So, Walter's new tag location is the one to get!

Oh well, never mind. I set out before 7 but took some detours on the way (GSToR, exploring), I wouldn't have got there before you anyway. Was about 9:30 when I got to the tag spot; there were people there with a white pickup burning something, didn't smell like a body, though. I don't get much phone coverage up there, so I pottered around and checked out some other roads then headed home before the baking started in earnest.

I think I recognise the new tag spot from a few weeks ago with KL_ARRR.

And the old settlers used it to get to a Ferry that got across the Delaware to Pennsylvania. Probably one of the oldest crossing areas...

And credit where credit is due. It was DockingPilot who gave up his breakfast tea, put on his sliding jeans, and led Walter and me to the new drop area. It was not a handoff to the Layton Breakfast Club!

Well, not on our part, but you never know with those Sussex people :lol3

We had some nice riding early in the morning, but paid the price the last hour getting home by noon. My thermometer registered 99.8 on 287 around 11:30 and again on Rt. 18-- black pavement and no trees I guess: dropped by 5-8 degrees when I hit some shade riding.

Yes, thanks, Filipe, for getting an authentic origional type duck for the game!

For those who are having trouble finding the tag location, here's another clue:

    N 41º 13.188 W 074º 50.812

Beautiful roads in the area, all tree lined and shaddy. I'd start on Struble road at 206, then wander to the tag spot.

Note: the tag is not on the "main" road. It's the little side alcove at the wooden horse barrier. Then, the tree will be obvious with the red stringer hanging down.

We were going to let Frank place the duck to redeem himself after losing the last one. But it didn't work out all that well....
