Bike badly parked

On a sidewalk blocking the front door of a business...but I doubt either one gets much use...

Look closely at the windshield near the throttle, I believe it is already cracked.

Coudn`t resist it when I saw this mini roundabout.

Surely not,Officer...it looks pretty much perfectly central to me.

Is this considered parked? Probably wasn't meant to be,but I think it is now
