How much does KTM pay you to shit up Honda threads. Jesus.

Great bike, and can cut up to 40lbs (iirc) with some mods. Bulletproof engine.

Only owned one KTM.....same number of XR650Ls

XR650L only bike to put me in the hospital for serious injuries....twice.

Hundreds of thousands of miles on bikes.....only two serious crashes, both on XRLs.....perhaps my riding style and it do not mesh.

    90% rider, 10% bike.

But I prefer my bike to last longer than 10k miles.

i paid like $430 with light, gps mount, lens gaurd, and brake line dealy and i had to pay tax, ohh and daryl gave me 10% off
to me it was well worth it. it will fit other bikes so if you change direction with your ride choices just swap it over!
soo it seems kinda spendy buut they also make an hid conversion for it also. i hated the stock light, it was a pain to adjust for me and this one adjusts while i am riding!

Steve - If you don't mind me digging up bones and asking.... What tires were you running on these bikes?

Looks like the ones on your bike may be Pirelli Scorpion A/T's, but can't identify the ones on the right. Looking to get a "milder" tire for my bike and am looking for suggestions.

    Thanks!

How was the wear on them? You have any preference on the Shinkos vs. the Pirellis?

    Thank you for the info!
