Sorry we missed ya, Steve. Here is the trek. Me, AB13, cpeebles1 and another (non-inmate) left Greenwood Restaurant after TVR breakfast and we did a dirt tour heading to Devil's Backbone Brewery. I broke off after Alhambra Rd. and slabbed it home. But AB and cpeebles went on. I did 200 miles today that was enough for me. (see link below)

    BTW...AB13 can fly.

Draley, I was on the big KTM leaving breakfast as you were arriving. Wish I could have ridden along. Some other time.
We can let AB stretch that bike out a bit.

Not sure I really needed to eat lunch after all the dust I ate:1drink
Guess I need to get faster, not sure I can ever catch up to AB. Maybe if he rode his Harley, just maybe, I could catch him. Was a good ride all around. Changed my air filter this morning, and it needed it!

    Dang-it, Man!!

But, I was just at DB on Saturday and purchased a new growler full of Turbo Cougar. :beer
I really enjoyed the company, the dusty trail and the pace.

I already have commitments Saturday. Kids grow quickly and the bike will be there when they have left.

I am going to head out for a long one, probably before 10am. Always subject to change, but I think that I will head for Eagle Rock, then on to Clifton Forge and Douthat State Park area. Smith Creek Rd. looks interesting and I just want to see some new territory.

    I got all day.

It'll probably be mostly all slab and paved back-roads today (unless I am pleasantly surprised to find some dirt roads) and I'll be on the S.Tenere for comfort and efficiency.

As always I'll watch for PM's, emails, texts, etc. in case someone wants to join in.

We usually do another ride in the fall, Sept. or Oct. Will post when we do. Should not be more than 2 hours from Lynchburg.

AB13 - I guess this is the 500 I saw at your shop a few months ago? What a beauty.
Too bad it wasn't for sale last week - I bought Russ' purple GS last Monday and don't have enough toy money left for a KTM.
