so i'm setting on the side of the road, trying to get the exhast nut off, sweating out the night befores poison , wondering where am i?


thinking it's nice to be in the shade on a prutty day

couldn't do anything with the exhast nut, but i was able to loosen up the nut on the back side kick the header back in tighten the back side as tight as i could without breaking it. Found a place on the header i could watch to see if it was working it's way back out & On the road again..



yea, its hard for me to pass an old gas station



but sometimes i do




had to go back for a picture of this

home in time for a late lunch with my bride


Started my monday with a busted tire on 85 in downtown atl at 5am, trying to change the tire in time to catch a plane.

I'd rather be broke down on country road in the middle of a prutty day, than broke down in the dark in atlanta

thrusday night rode over to see the blues bands at tj mulligans, was there a couple a weeks ago and saw some awsome jam sessions

got there and the bar had been moved :huh

found the new place and they didn't do the jams now cause of thrusday night football

we rode over to another tj's to see a freind of a friend

he borrowed my camera to take a picture of his girl freind

Sunday morn headed out to ride with the obc again

i'd tell ya where all we went, if i knew i was just hanging towards the back taking fuzzy pictures

ya know the saying i'd rather be on my motorcycle thinking about god than in a chruch thinking about my motorcycle

we had lunch in grand junction tn

we had a good lunch, hung out alittle while telling tells, everybody sorted divided up and headed on thier seprate ways

snake led me and jason on some twisting roads home

we rolled into cordova & i blew the horn turned towards the house,

i don't think they saw me turn off

so i went back sure enough there was jason turning around to see what happened to me.

i blew the horn again and waved

He headed his way i headed mine






another purttey day, but it's starting to turn cold already, won't be long now

last night, i was to tired to make it to bike night & i loaded old blue for this week end. Think'n i need to stay home and get some rest

well it is the last one of the year i guess i better go after all

i rode hanz & fritz down, it seemed more poplar than it ever has

lots of people stopped to get pictures of it

course the orange bike kept getting in thier way

they were so into it they didn't notice me slip behind her cigar in mouth helmet on, making faces

she got off & looked at pictures, & said "who the hell is that i was gonna make that my facebook page"

she looked up saw me laughing, she laughed huggged me and got herself a decent picture without a jackass in it




followed steve home, that monster 's got a big enough front brake to stop several bikes

rumor on the street last night was they're going ahead and do bike night a couple of more nights


i guess that's a good thing

I know where there's another Redbud Rd. on 18 south of Covington. I need to get a pic next time I go by there.
