Likely. He was in that bunch with Laia, Israel, and De Souza shown not reaching CP-1 forever, then almost simultaneously L, I, & DS jumped into ASS, then, a bit later, their CP-1 times magically appeared.

    clear vs white
seems to me with the big decals on the front there isn't enough clear left to make a difference,
So I would go with strength and durability

News at last about Carlos Sousa who has still not reached the CP after 259 km of the car special stage: the Portuguese driver has been racing his Haval with a broken turbo from the 33 km point.

Also, the pre-event photos of Cyril's bike still had the JVO screen/fairing combo on that he used during testing all through last year - it was only at the last minute that his bike got a new 'face' in the form of one-piece nose cone and single headlight...

French interviewrr to Barreda: "If I tell you : MOoo, what do you say?" :lol3 :rofl

He said he had a good stage but after the dunes 4 bulls were on the road and he could not avoid one. He hurt his back but it does not think its is too bad and his focus will be going forward to consolidate his position.

My guy feel is that he will take it easier tomorrow.

LS: very hot, and a long stage, no problems and a good day.

because alot of the pilots had problems....

LS: I hope every day goes like today, without problems and let's see if I can continue

    How's the new motorcycle?

LS: when it's a good bike you can get used to it quickly, the bike helps alot

I think I recall a report earlier - much earlier - that he had mechanical problems.

I also see that Marc Guash has made it into ASS, +1:33:55.

As far as the screens go. Clear screens can be made completely indestructible.
Clear with such a large sticker on it is not that clear at the end... only the very top remains visible...

    I wanna see CP's condition...

EDIT: Guasch probably had a problem. May be he crashed too.... 1h33m55s behind... :eek1

Lexan is a good choice for clear. Fiberglass or CF with an epoxy resin is a better choice for flexibility.
