Becca and I are still getting settled in the new house. Hopefully we'll make it next time.

Just got a set of shinney new tires delivered to my door. :D

Anybody have a set of front and rear stands that I can borrow?

Also any suggestions on the best place to get tires mounted would be appreciated. I have used Motorcycle Parts Plus in Mauldin in the past.

That's a good plan.I still have no place to mount my tire machine.I am looking at the stuff to mount mine in my truck receiver hitch. I spooned off the old V Star tires and spooned on a new set. What a pain dealing with those big heavy tires.I am using balancing beads for the first time.Have you ever ran them?I usually static balance my wheels.

Wasn't a bad week, not a cop in sight, hardly any traffic, only the occasional idiot, usually on a bagger of some sort...
Of course, we were gone from the Gap Friday morning and moved east.

    Wednesday, Oct. 16. Where?:ear

It looks like we may be having some folks join us for the first time (Albie? Others?), so we might want to get a place nailed down early.

Interstates are a last resort. Besides, I don't believe a decision has been made. :huh

I'm a big fan of Big Al's BBQ at Hwy 14 and Woodruff Rd. They've got really good ribs and it's on the south end of Woodruff road where there's not nearly as much traffic. Plus there are a bunch of different roads to take to get there. I talked to the owner a couple of weeks ago and told him about our dinner group. They normally close at 7 but he said he'd be glad to stay open for us since he's there until 11 or so smoking the meat anyway.

    Fur sure.

    I am good either place.

BTW,that liner you gave me isn't the one for the Olimpia suite I got from you.If it is the right one,I can't figure out the connections.

Let's finalize Big Al's BBQ for another time and go with Bucky's this week.
