A bit boring actually. It drives like a normal K (reliable but boring) with 1 very heavy pannier. No shakes, no rattles, no nothing. It just functions very well.
It's very comfortable, quite and easy to ride.
No excitement as I used to have on my first leaner. Every turn was a struggle and a fight on the Beakbike.

I probably will appreciate the comfort of the K after driving for more than 400km today (Genemuiden rally) :D

Finally got around to mounting the paddle on my Yamal.

Also bought a Harbor Freight 28" shovel ($7.99 less 20% off coupon) that can also go in the mount depending on if I am going up s**t creek or not like in "he is up up s**t creel without a paddle".:rofl

This just left my shop. The customer had me fix the floating caliper set up done by another shop so you didn't have to remove the brake discs to take the wheel off, replace the rims and clean a bunch of other stuff up. This rig has over 200,000 miles on it.

Well I studied those pics for a good 5 minutes after I finally got them to display instead of red x's, all I can say is GORGEOUS!

That's the kind of rig where you want to triple-wide your front door, ditch the wide screen TV and lose the whole entertainment center, roll the bike in the middle of the living room and just sit there and stare at it!

I presume you meant, "up an unsanitary tributary without the proper means of propulsion"

The RAT lives. Resurrected outside from old rusty junk over a period of a couple years.

    Thanks for that Whacker.
The Rat was my inspiration for getting a larger rig to take the wife on the road.
Still a ways off from gettng it together, but your slideshow was a good nudge.
How many airhead carcasses did yours require to complete ?

DMC Enduro car arrived last Friday, went together with a few catches but together and working on shakedown. Rides well, brake is great. Pulling a trailer is a new experience, can't wait to get a canoe rack on, and my 2 monkeys grinning ear to ear.[IMG]

    Yup.

My first bike was a Hodaka 90.....saw a gutted out Hodaka in a wrecking yard and bought the tool can for $10.00 for "old times" sake.:D
The "loop" behind the tool can is a /5 front fork brace....that's my "reverse" for dragging the thing backwards when necessary.

Had to add the "Moon" eyes as it seemed "fitting"...youngsters around here probably never heard of them.
