Top of the line model is around $16,000 US - all stainless steel construction means it will be around for a while too.

I had a Rage'n hybrid. The front 'tent' was awful. Cold as cold as cold as you could get...f'n cold. You couldn't get it warm. Run the heater all night, the fan keeps you awake if the cold doesn't. I'd never, ever have anyone buy one of these...ever! Colder than a tent on the ground, way, way colder. I'm a thrifty person, but bought that piece of crap new for about $16,000. Two years later I was VERY happy to get $11,000 for it. VERY HAPPY!

Let me know when you head north. I really like the rear door. What layout? I don't imagine you got the bunk option?

Keep digging-- you'll find one. I personally don't need a pic of the top raised because I've camped in one, and I don't camp for the interior view. :D

We're going to get the 16DB with the queen bed option, love the idea of a permanent bed!

Very cool thing; I couldn't find any info on the Livin' Lite website about a battery in the rig, so I emailed them. About two hours later the owner of the company emailed me back with the answer. We went back and forth a couple of times and I got succinct answers... nice customer service!

My wife read this book about "Sisters on the Fly"

Aparently, it's an RV organization where women get older campers, doll 'em all up, get together to camp, flyfish, and sit around the campfire talking their men and their grandchildren, well....you know........talking, and talking, and talking, and ......:lol3

anyway.....she has no interest in joining up with the SotF, (yet) but she absolutely fell in love with their funky little campers, and said that if I ever found one on the cheap......

Well.....onna my sign customers had one who was more than happy to trade it for work from me insted of paying $$$....(and it worked out great on MY end too!!) :deal

it's a '64 Aladdin (built in Oregon) :freaky
it's in really decent shape for it's age too!

oh....and she absolutely flipped!!! (gotta love those brownie points!!) :deal :evil :norton

Go to the 'photos' page. We were camping at Council Grove Lake a few years ago when they were having a roundup. Sunday morning they had an open house with 'tours' of several trailers. Very cool.

Being a painter there's a lot of potential there !

Must be 10" wheels were not available when it was built :eek1 They prolly would have used them.

No or minimal rot -- that is a find.

    lessee.....

first, I'm already making plans on updating the wheels & axle to a heavier unit (like from a mini-van) that has good road-worthy radial tires on it

next, there is a small bit of rot that I need to replace in the rear corner, but that's it...so this was definately a nice score

and last...other than a few maintenance things like replacing the axle and fixing that corner rot.....this is HERS!! I'm not painting it, remodeling it, or redesigning it in any way. That's HER JOB!!!

(I've got more important motorcycle projects to work on!!!) :deal :evil :photog
