I just did a test fit of my new XXL Pro Rain 3 over my Rallye 3 suit and Sidi Adventure boots. The R3 suit is size 110 and I am 6'4".

The fit of the rain suit is perfect and it is practical to put on and off. It was deceiving doing a dry fit but with all the regular gear in place and mounting my R1150 GSA it was fine.

Don't forget to use your own gear when test fitting.

Just sent my XXL Pro rain back...too friggin small around the chest.

XXL should be loose on me and it was like spandex. Max BMW knew about this and took it back for exchange to XXXL saying sizing tends to be small on these suits.

Watch online orders on these suits if you haven`t tried one on first!

Are not the Ralley suits water repellent?

Yes, they are... But first you need to take the Ralley 3 off, then put the waterproof liner top and bottom on, correctly.... Then put the Ralley 3 mesh back on.

The other issue with Rallye 3 suits is that they are very well vented, even with the vents closed. Great for hot weather, but poor for cold weather. Much colder than nearly any leather jacket. If you put a windproof shell over the Rallye 3 I'm guessing the rider would be a lot warmer. Anyway, that's my idea and I'm going to purchase a rain suit to put over it and test the concept. :bubba
