was finished and sold at my cost to Kim the artist, single mom and rider. She loves the bike.


Here is the sign she is making for me to hang in the shop


She is making custom signs as part of her new line. Anyone wants one i will find out the cost.



She also make belt buckles .. worn by this model .. hey guys she is single also


Since the weather has been helpful the last two weeks .. we finished the planting and painting . Added the landscape lighting and irrigation lines.

The kids love the climbing , sliding and swing.

IT is officailly opened for visitors as of April 1.

Those who are in need of a rest area .. or are passing and
need relief from the heat.. just give me a call /pm /text .

Please follow a few simple rules (always rules).
The garage is surrounded by my playground and you might
hear them play. Healthy playing is good for every one.

You are my guest but I expect you to clean up after yourself.
Will have clean linens and towels. You make the bed and put dirty
stuff in laundry bag and I will do the rest.

NO SMOKING of any kind. Light drinking is fine.

If I say you have to go for some reason .. you go.

I'm planning a opening in late April around my birthday.

I just read through from beginning to end. Really sweet place you have there. One question though, whatever happened to building a table around the tree? I didn't see one.

no table around the tree... just the platform and a bench

open house was great. 20 plus people .. had enough donuts and bagels for another 30

Just read the area you are in. I just bought some property by Dixileta and 140th pl. I too will be building a man cave 2500sqft. I will try to keep pace with it on here once we start to break ground. Still in the drawing phases now. I'm looking forward to being up that way, I don't like where I'm living now.

oh to live in a place where you can have space. I am lucky to have enough room for a simple two car garage where I live outside of NYC.
