Depends how many days you've got, but assuming 1/2 day or so, head for Hoskingtown, Rossi east, right to Harold's Cross Rd, couple of options, Majors Creek, Araluen head east, and take your pick. Or you can aim for Bombay FT past the water wheel off Louden Park road for a bit more of a challenge, and I reckon you'd be OK after what I saw last weekend. Its an easy FT, with a couple of water crossings about 1' deep and no steep hills. Sometimes a couple of slick bits depending on rain. Brings you out at Braidwood, or turn off sooner and onto Faringdon Road and head south. Gotta ford the Shoalhaven then which can be tricky if its up. Dunno at the moment how deep it is. Maybe skip the Bombay option this time, the other is just dirt roads. Get a South Coast Forest map. It includes Tallaganda. Steve
Go to Majors Creek and see how the new bakery / cofee shop is getting on. They are building one across from the Pub.
Hi Steve, I was thinking of heading down Friday after work but If I'm going dirt I'll leave Saturday around 7am and hope to arrive around midday. A lot different from my road riding days and only taking a couple of hours to get down the coast. Cheers, Dash
We still good for Sunday? 1730 Kingston Hotel? Steve, coming for a beer? Dave you on the list yet? Cheers, Dash
Its crossed my mind, be good to put some faces to names. Maybe, depends on what happens with fire on Sat and other evolving family stuff on Sunday. Steve

Thanks for that Lentil. Turns out they have a few you can download as pdfs for free. Linky I'd like to make it for drinks at the Kingo on Sunday and meet a few of you in person but I've got family coming round for dinner and I'm the cook.
I have to drive Tanya in on Saturday for her work Xmas party, so I get the return on Sunday when she drives me in and home again. Need a lift? Cheers Dave
