Quick question, I would like to know if the DSBP raid toolbox will fit the touratech zega pro paniers rack on a 2009 r1200gs. The attachement points look very similar when I look a the photos... :lol3 WHat is hard to tell is if the panier frame is the same distance from the bike that the GSA panier frame is... :huh

    Thanks in advance!

HI John! The toolbox is designed specifically to work with the OEM Adventure racks, but DSBP has a different front bracket to work with the TT rack, as the front crossbrace is in enough of a different position to not work with the standard setup. I've asked for a few sets to be sent with the next order, and will let you know when they arrive. I'll get a picture loaded up shortly of the revised front bracket.

    Thanks!

    Jason,

Cool, I also received your response in my e-mail.:D I was not sure it was the same place/guy, sorry. Can't wait to see it. I do believe that the picture on your site with the black frame is a TT, the one the tool box has the red and black R1200GS sticker. Anyway, all I need is for it to be stable because I rarely remove my panniers! :lol3

    Thanks!

    Hi ,Jason ,
I've finally got your racks mounted to my bike , with minor clearance issues , perhaps caused by my desire to keep the oem toprack .

The powdercoated grey panniers look fantastic , I'm on the verge of drilling for the mounts . Is there a template or set of measurements for the drilling ? I've seen a few pictures but nothing specific .

By the way , I'm still hoping for a matching topcase , and I think I could adapt one of your existing mounting plates onto my toprack . Could you please look into this option ? Ie : topcase ( grey ) , locking baseplate , etc .

If I could get the snowdrifts between my basement door and the street to decrease instead of increase , I'd ride to your door and make the pick-up !

Thanks for the great personal service on the panniers !:clap

Hey John! Here's the picture I mentioned of the Touratech-specific toolbox mount. On the OEM Adventure racks, you don't need the extension to raise the attachment point, it just threads into the front of the toolbox, but the Touratech rack brace is in a slightly different position. I didn't get the Touratech brackets on this most recent shipment, but will follow up to get an ETA for delivery.

    Thanks!

    Jason

Hey Alex - your V-Strom is going to look great with those gray cases! I'll shoot you a PM with some more info on mounting options for the sidecases, as well as the top case options.

    Thanks again!

Some pics of a special order for a Holan customer...black lids, black hardware, and a white pannier body. If you're interested in a custom option for your Holan pannier system, give us a call!

Just wanted to say thanks to Jason for the assistance with the purchase of the Holan Topcase and mounting plate. I didn't see anywhere to request the discount, no biggie. Maybe next time. Already have my eye on some Tiger protection.

    Again, thank you Jason.

Hey John - thanks for your order! I think you're really going to like that top case setup on your Tiger, and I'll get you fixed up on the discount. It's not super intuitive, but you need to click the "use coupon code" radio button to add the code.

Email or PM me when you get a chance and we can get things wrapped up for you tomorrow.

    Thanks again!

Got my top case not long ago, install it and took it for a spin past weekend. Looks damn good and goes nice with my Trax cases. Thanks Jason

Hi Dan - I've got one complete set (3L fuel can + stainless mount kit) in stock right now, one mount and straps only for the 3L bottle, and four of the 2L bottle and mount kits.

    Thanks!

Hi guys - DS Bike Protection is on a roll, and the newest product on the way from Spain is an aluminum sidestand enlarger for the Yamaha Super Tenere. The additional footprint will help distribute the weight on rough terrain as well as hot asphalt. I have these on order now and expect to receive them between 4/26 and 5/3. Pricing on these will be $36.99 plus shipping (which should be minimal). I'll get them listed on the ADV Motorrad site shortly, but if you have any questions, feel free to PM me here, or email me at sales AT advmotorrad DOT com.

    Thanks!
