I've got Thursday on my own - aiming for Tenterfield / Glen Innes - probably the latter.

I will come across the Old Grafton Rd to Dalmorton and meet Carmima there. We'll make Port by the evening and meet Aussie Steve there.

Hopefully Mud and Tar MC at Wauchope are open Sat morning for some fresh rubber. Up the Ox, South on Cells, Nowendoc, Nundle (fuel?) and down Barry into Moonan.

Home on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday will be some sort of reversal of the same - probably crossing the Oxley and heading bush for Taylors Arm / Drake/Tenterfield.

Happy to ride with straglers if there are any about.

    Getting thirsty . . . :D

Myself and some others will be lunching in Gloucester Saturday if you wish to alter your route to keep coming South from the Cells , going to Nundle is heading back North West from where Cells River Rd comes out on the MT George - Nowendoc Rd , you could make it more of a loop if you went South East to Tiri Bridge and into Bundook , then into Gloucester for a bite and over the tops to finish off . Then do Barry station , Nundle , Walcha and then Head East (to Kangaroo flat Rd and Spokes trail , Kookaburra , etc) , on Sunday .

Doing a bit of a different route each way stops some of the boring bits being too tedious in my opinion .

I was getting TOOOOO thirsty , sinking a couple of king browns now to ease the strong desires :lol3 .

The weather man is predicting a scorcher for Saturday ( 40 deg C :huh ), keep smelling the air and if you smell bushfire , stick to the main trails and roads people , the bush is pretty dry and will go up like a tinder box if there is a spark to ignite it !:annie

It is heading a bit North - but there are so many options.

Will keep it in mind for Gloucester - see how rough we are after Friday Night :D

Have you been across Curricabark Rd from Gloucester to Moonan - I did it once years ago in the dark on the Strom and have been wanting to go back since - could be a go too . . . the road over the tops is a bit bland . . .

    Too many choices - it's a homecoming :D

Just making sure I'm meeting you at Dalmorton or the old convict tunnel at 10ish on Friday.
I'm a bit nervous of the banjo players around those parts to be sitting around waiting for to long!! :D

I nearly had to pull out myself. I've got heaps going on ATM but I didn't want to let Deano down again like I did on a certain Himalaya ride!!
Plus I'd ordered a tyre from a shop on route so didn't want to go back on that either.

Some of us stick to our commitments :D. :deal
