Would it be possible to super-charge the 1190 R in a similar manner to that of the RC8R? I wonder how a 200hp+ adventure bike would handle in the dirt(traction is over rated anyways) I also wonder how someone on their sportbike would feel being smoked by an Adventure bike on the 1/4 mile strip
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=lCPjZnFfOaU Video is of a supercharged RC8R. So guys, what do you think? Any takers?

The out come would be the equivalent of mating a cobra and a mongoose: separately they're amazing, put together they'll try to kill each other.

I don't think you can keep the nose on he ground . Even 150 hp with out traction control in sport mood just flies. And the front wheel always sky high. Putting a super charge you need to reduce high change spoke wheels to carbon, and longer swing arm hen you might be able to smoke in a drag the sport bikes. The is a lot power on 1190 adventure and speed up very quickly anyway so turbo or supercharge would be madness.:norton

Well I have to clench harder on the 990R when she gets out of shape than I do with Chile's revenge on the gringo :rofl

Probably not so good against the 300hp++ turbo/supercharged sportsbikes.
