Does anyone know what material the gas tank and fenders on the new California 1400 touring are made of..

I'm a guy who has a firm upper limit of 500 lbs. & 750-800 cc on any bike I'll own. That said,.....DAMN that Cali is a looker! First that green Griso with the brown seat, then the V-7 line, now this! MG is definitely upping their game in the aesthetics department.

Actually, I've been drooling over them for about ten years now, the money just never seems to show up at the right time.

That's the only downside to daughters, unless they wind up on the stripper pole!! Which would be a BIG downside, unless they bought coworkers home for the hot tub! JK!!

Two guys on wildguzzi.com posted they picked up their new 1400s last weekend. Naturally, their reviews are very positive so far.

Pics of how close their left knees are to the cylinder would be interesting.
