Well, friday got hijacked by the kids and not wanting to get soaked today. Looks like my chance to play will have to wait.

I am okay with a week night.

After my ride tonight, my entire bike was covered in about 1/4 inch of ice when I got home. I love the heated gear my wife got me for Christmas

How about this for adventure riding?

Thats hard core. When the temp gets in the 20s i stay on the couch.

As I was reading this, the wife saw the picture and said "Is that from tonight?" I said yeah, and she said "Ask him if he's found his **** yet."

ha!

Ha ha. I was toasty with the heated gear. The roads were wet and not iced up. I didn't expect the ice to build up on the bike like that after 45 mins of commuting from the office.

Now that I am back in town and the holidays are over, I plan to get back on the tag game.

I saw some fellas out riding this weekend and got jealous pretty quick.

Seeing all that ice though, I don't miss going without a fairing or heated gear last winter. Lord willing, I'll get back in the game eventually.

Now that's just funny

I liked it! It was a nice ride once I made it through goodlettsville. I ran past the previous tag too. I was wondering where that radar station was :).

I'm trying. I rode the bike two Saturdays ago. I did about 120 miles that day. It didn't go well.

I rode it to work today with no problems, though.

Some days are better than others.

its near THE place to ride mountain bikes in Gallatin. There is also an old model airplane runway nearby as well.
