Todd, How many rolls of duct tape do you recommend carrying for a two day ride? :D

Well it depends, if you are riding a normal GS a 1/3 cut down roll should be plenty. However if you are riding a GS Adventure burdened with many, many bolt on accessories ... 2 minimum, 3 would be better.

That's just my poser-fressional opinion. Will soon be posting a ride/testing report on the strengh of the clear cellophane tape used at Starbucks to seal their pre-made panini sandwiches. If it's good enough for Starbucks, it should be good enough for a BMW.

Sheesh, if your poor little bike had one you wouldn't be so judgmental. :evil :lol3

And at least two rolls of duct tape, that way you have enough to make a tow line for whenever the need arises for one of a myriad of reasons. Hell in a pinch you could even make a hammock to relax on while sipping your latte. :1drink

If a BMW rider removes his/her wind screen, he/she may get bug spatters on that $900.00 jacket :rolleyes
