You'll know for sure if she starts sporting a Toque, and saying 'eh' a lot.

And trying to pay for everything with 'Canadian Tire' money.

She's anti-Toque, as she is frizzy Ginger and they don't suit her. She gave me a Timmy's Toque, though. It's in the tank bag.

"Just put on the damned hat."

A toque is not a fashion statement. You don't choose to wear, or not to wear. When it's 40 below, you put on the damn toque. And then when it gets really cold, you're ready. :lol3

My point exactly. If your feet are cold, put on a hat.

There was a strained moment when I spoke the aforementioned words to Ms. Barb. It was the wrong choice on my part. I overstepped my bounds. One can't direct redheads much without getting into trouble.

I keep a toque. My Mama didn't raise any fools.

    Tim,
Did you mention some well caffeinated tea you plan to bring? I'll need a daily fix.

(But I can quit anytime I want to) :1drink

I packed a quantity of Taylor's of Harrowgate Best Yorkshire Tea. Me mate Mike from Liverpuddle, UK sent me a full kilo of the stuff, and it rocks. It will kick-start a corpse, and is a very pleasant drink, to boot. I've packed some of it for myself, but I'd gladly throw a few handfuls in a zip-lock if you have a place to pack it. Space on the bike is narrow enough that I'm literally counting teabags.

You should be along for this one, Jon. Next summer, I really want to do Anticosti. In?

Don't say "tea party." That's a bad, bad thing south of 45, although I suspect that most "tea partiers " actually drink Diet Coke.

Should you use some kind of euphemism?

I think the term "rabid sociopaths" fits nicely.

    Thanks!

A spot of tea will be rewarded with some gourmet Raman noodles.
