    Let me know as I have 2 qty 380 excs now, a 98 and a 99.
Good you are getting rebuild experience on the 300.
I may need to hire you on the 99 , much easier to kick over than 98
    (compression difference for sure).
I need to test it out soon as the weather breaks, the 98 is minty fresh.

I got a flyer for the rally last weekend at the gun show! I'll definitely make a trip up for it!

Well I changed my oil and filter, and the air filter and box appeared untouched by fuel, but was unable to get the carb apart due to not having a garage and the fact that one I was using was dark dirty hole that would be all to easy to lose little bits in. So until I can get the carb apart to properly address the problem shutting off the fuel and running the bowl empty is gonna have to do I guess. Not having a garage in this weather is quite a pain.

Speaking of the orange, I was at Westfield Yamaha on Saturday and they had about 10 of the orange bikes lined up in the showroom... apparently they are now a KTM dealer. Nice looking bikes... they had one street legal 350EXC-F... tasty.

Woodsrat and I have been chewin the fat about different types of Moto events and came to the conclusion that it would be fun to try one.
This post is to gauge interest among our band of merry eatery meeter's and flash mob riders.

The event would be a Time, Speed, Distance course. Where riders try to follow a course with hints, turns and speeds, ultimately to arrive at checkpoints at predetermined times. The rider that hits all the points closest to the prescribed times will take home the gold.

It would take place on the many small back roads that we all like to piddle on. Best of all, anyone could do this. I think it would be a great way to put a twist on a ride.

And besides, who could resist a big bacon breakfast in the morning and a awards dinner at the return...:deal

    So.... What say you?
