Wow, what a difference in the weather! Rode home today, Monday, from Lake Isabella and I don't think the temp. went over 70 degrees the whole ride home! It was 90 yesterday.

Great instruction by Jimmy, Heather, and the rest of his crew. Great meeting Eric, Joel, and Jon. (Great pic, Eric!)

We all came home with some new riding tools and no broken bones, so we're good to go!

    Ride safe, Bob

The class was full of sweat and workout, nevertheless great time and we've got a solid set of skills that we can use and practice everyday for a better and safer riding.
Thank you all for help and support, I had a great time!

I would like to see that picture of Bob standing up against the hill on one (rear) wheel with no support!!!

Hope Heather will post it here some day.

bob, one of these days let's get together and do some of the exercises and drills.

good thinking duy; you did the track days and you know how beneficial they are in the real world. same here on dirt school, i expect to recover the tuition fee in terms of less broken levers, mirrors, signals, plastics, cracked helmet, torn pants and jerseys; and doctor visits, etc....:lol3

Great pictures, they made me remember the drills when I took the class a few years ago. I wanted to go to this one, but it was my kid's birthday this weekend, and there was no way I could miss that.

Hey Eric, I think i know that little climb. Is it just to the west side of the Kern River below the L. Isabella dam and leads to a Manzanita tunnel up at the top? If that's the same one, I've never seen it so smooth before.

it didn't look smooth from the nOObies' point of view.....:lol3

rob, we didn't get as far as the tunnel. but if it's the same hill climb, just behind that big rock near the top, there are more ruts at least a foot deep around the corner and all the way to the top.

the good news, we all made it to the top with a little help...:evil

    already?.........:lol3

standing on the pegs and finger controls....i think...:bueller

then we did the front brake engaged with throttle on without causing the front end to dive.....
