Have they added neutralization time to the result?

Does it happen at 9 or 10, I recall from some time in history the wp after the neutralisation leg wasn't timed as ostensibly the timings were the same as the wp before? So could be a long wait

I wouldn't pay much attention to WP9, at least not for the stage... they all have a target time to meet at km306, others are going slow, others quicker on the tarmac, it's irrelevant. All that matters is to make the target time for the start of the 2nd part

Actually a solid webcast would make me happy, Maybe an official F5 correspondant next year? Someone with actual press credentials that could get the feeds etc?
