This BMW was spotted alone sitting amongst a 1000 plus HD's at Cavalier ND today... It might be MarkII's.

I have a question for the "Strommer Girls"... How did you get all that gear on the bikes, including the Kyaks ???

I do like the table cloth, it takes the adventure over the top. Surely your follow up report will inspire many other "adventurettes" lurking in cyber space on ADV.
Looking forward to hearing the tall tales around the camp fire at our next ADV get together!!

I would never have thought of a table cloth on a motorcycle trip! Greg don't worry, your patio lights and BMW projector cannot be upped by a simple checkered table cloth.

Thanks Carl, I try to keep a very high standard when it comes to the camp site embiance.
Getting any relaxing in now? Sitting out enjoying the peace and quiet?
How are the bugs out your way, not much here in the City?

If Lee wears a hi viz helmet, all three were right side up and trucking through Kenora at 10:30.

Saw my first mosquito of the year yesterday - I think that's a record (and I'm certainly not complaining)!

Greetings from southern Ontario. (Collingwood specifically.)
Last time I was around this area (other than blasting through with Backroader last month) was 40 years ago when I lived here.
Wow! Nothing is recognizable, They say you can never go back, and that is definitely the case.
I was surprised to find I still have cousins and an aunt living in the area, so it was good catching up with them.

Tomorrow I'll take the ferry across to Manitoulin Island to avoid some predicted Wx, enroute back to the 'Peg.
And... There's something special about riding a ferry that I had a hand in constructing back in the early 70s. :D
    See you down the road.
    Cheers, Brian :freaky

Amazing what Toronto "money" can do to a quaint little town like Collingwood! Lived there about 35 years ago myself. Used to ski there every weekend. Wouldn't even want to return. Have a safe trip home.

Yup...that was probably us, either en route to, or from, a run down Redditt Road...One of these days, Lyle, I am going to show up at your house, and get you to take me on a spirited ride...

If I'd known you were headed to Reddit, I'd have joined you. No guarantee I could have kept up though. Minaki is a nice ride as well.

I don't know where you saw that mosquito, I know we saw quite a few bugs down near Kenora...I got a nasty bite at my left maxilla/mandible joint, and now my entire face has broken out in hives...it ain't pretty...nor is it fun :-(
