Clearly, if I had the resources to "do it right", I would. People wait for my apparel because I have proven over time that I build products for the "real world". I would always prefer to be judged by my products rather than my logo or customer service abilities. For my part, I am still in. I do not think that the 'service' is a problem. Communications can be an issue for any business, and so if you have the ability to add capacity to your business, I'd suggest thinking about that area first.
I ordered thru the website also. Don't mind waiting, Don't care about the discount. (It would be nice though). I just want to know a pair of gloves are coming my way. Thanks.
Hello all, Semi-good news; our exhibition pro order is expected by November 15th. You know the deal, I expect perfection and that's what I'm aiming for. If you can't wait please feel free to ask for a refund. When they do arrive, I would like to get as many reviews as possible so we can do a final group buy for X-mas. I think we've finally made some progress with manufacturing and I expect that to show with this coming order. I'll take any progress over none and if you know our expectations, you know what we're about....
Hello, As always, a timeline infraction I'm told that our shipment should be on a flight by the 20th.. We should see door-step deliveries by the end of the month. Hello, Dropping in for the update. Glove shipment is on it's way, looking for delivery by the end of the month, assuming customs doesn't "hold" the shipment. I'm told, my customers will fall in love, all over again can't wait... edit; customers should start seeing delivery by the end of the month....
Good news! I hope I'll get mine (to Russia) before New Year. I'm leaving for Thailand in early January 2012. I dunno about USA customs, but here in Russia I wouldn't assume anything about customs :)
