Picked up a roofing nail........it was a long slow ride home.

Hey buddy,it's a bit messed up but not too bad. Torn lateral ligament. Ice, anti-inflammatories, whine like a little girl when I try to walk....you know the routine! Lol! Thanks for slowing down for me yesterday guys! Next time I show up I'll have new skins on the she-bitch.

That was an intersting ride yesterday. I think I will stick to the canal trails next time. The trails by GM are just a maze of dead ends, mud holes, deep ruts. Just a lot of overheating and not really getting anywhere.
Its too bad, back in the day many of the trails connected and you could get a goo ride in there.

Baldone! I hope everything works out on the knee. Crashing Sucks!

Perhaps we could set up a ride this week. Hopefully it will be better than our previous ride of mu and dead ends. Perhaps meet up at Allenburgh and ride the trails. Where are these sand pit that people talk about?
I was thinking Tues, wed or Thurs?
    What day works for people?
    Where do you recommend riding?

I usually ride around on the GSA and look for rail trails and unimproved roads. I've found a lot of places, but usually requires some road riding to get there. I can probably do one of those nights.

    Hi All,

I'm new to Dual Sport riding, although I've been on 2 wheels most of my life. I have a 2003 R1150GSA, and am looking for some rides in the Hamilton/Niagara areas.

I've been meaning to get down and do some of the East Canal Trail, and think I know some good stuff just outside Ancaster as well.

PM me if you have rides coming up.

    Cheers,

    Wolfe

I'm riding tonight, but it will be full on dirt biking. Tomorrow night I might go out on GSA.

Thanks Kirby for showing me the new trails and the pits. I hope I didn't slow you down too much. That XR650R can be quite exhausting fighting it down those tight single tracks!
    Cheers

Manitoulin Island has a Rally going on at Providence Bay started today and goes to Sunday. Think I'll ride up tomorrow via Sudbury.
