Allegedly, all this makes a motorcycle. Once it's together, I'll have a 950 with a new top end that includes 990 "R" cams, so I'm rebranding her a 950R.

Hmmm. "950R Adventure." Or maybe "950RR", just to confuse the rice rocket crowd. Or "950RRRR", since it has four 990R cams.

For Ducati, the best guys around are at MotoSports on the south side. Doug is the owner. They are normally open until 4 on Saturday.

Aaaaaargh! I got the Adventure back together only to discovery that something inside the rear carb is stopped up. The jets are clear, but some passageway in the carb is all jacked up. She now sits on a workbench at MotoSports. Sooooo tired of wrenching and not riding.

That just plain old SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I wasn't planning on going out today because of the forecast, but it ended up being pretty nice this afternoon, so I got to survey some of the washed out roads..
