Costco, eh? It's amazing what they're good for. :thumb

But in typical Costco style, it looks like they are no longer available. :bluduh

Dude, your bike looks sharp loaded for bear!

Well you know I'd love to feel the difference myself too but like a lot of performance mods on a lot of things we do, there's a psychological component to the improvement. And that influence increases as the investment in the project increases. But simply getting out and riding is my biggest psychological improvement. Not to mention physical - I need the exercise too. Can't wait for it to be warm enough to go up and enjoy the mountaintop trails!

Jeremy, I must say, that tower is looking very impressive! :eek1

The mental images of relentless long distance hard riding are getting me excited! :shog

Are you going to fab up a fiberglass cover to protect the front of it? :ear I hope so... gotta look sexy, too... :getiton

Hey, if Spud can't getcha a couple, or someone else near you on the left coast, hit me up. :thumb

Drain the carb into a clear glass and look for water in the fuel. Looks like a little glob rolling around on the bottom.

I have the same tool. Another option is to use a Champion plug. The hex is smaller on a Champ.

    Red,
Dash is looking great! Don't forget to put a hole in there so that you can access the reset button too.

I have access to one of these fancy little tag making machines at work. I made an indicator plate for mine and I would be happy to help you with one.

We have a bunch of different plastic colors and also real thin anodized aluminum. PM me if you want to commission one of those.

You are inspiring me to get off my ass and get my bars remounted onto that top clamp I got from you last fall.

    Red,

Have you settled on an ignition switch yet? The cheap chinese one I put in died soon after I installed it and I temporaried a semi-hidden toggle switch into the rats nest of wires behind my headlight. But I plan to replace it with an actual switch when I redo my bar setup. Just curious what switch you ended up going with.

Thank you, it's a Cee Bailey's that I adapted for my TT headlight and to cover my Vapor. It helped a lot at highway speed, I forgot how much it helped until I took it off and rode with out it. If I had to do it again I might get a clear one or at least one that I could see through for when I am really moving and tuck down.

Motion Pro generally makes great quality tools and this socket is no exception, but it is heavy. Not the best choice if you're looking for something to carry on the bike. I have a Craftsman 18mm spark plug socket that fits and is lighter than the MoPro... I think the OEM Honda socket is even lighter.

Why not use the Honda switch? Just fab up an additional bracket?
