Looking for a Powder Coater to have 5 18" wheels off of my Land Rover done. Hoping to find someone fairly local and looking for recommendations from the ADV community.

I know that Bloomington Powder Coaters is local, but I'd like some recommendations from people who have used their services or a recommendation of someone else not too far from here.

There's a guy in Avoca that did my hitch a few months ago for my FJR. His info is at work though. I'll try to find his number and get back to you. I thought he did a great job at a reasonable price.

Bloomington Powder Coating is out of business. There is a place in Mooresville that everyone has been using. Of course I dont know the name but hear good things about them.

I have used Indy Powder Coat in speedway in the past for some small items. They always did a great job. I don't really know how they are on turn around as I was never in a hurry for them and just wanted them done in black and told them to just do them when they did their next run.

Fortunately, I'm not in any hurry either, as this is a spare set of wheels. I plan to put some more aggressive tires on them for Winter use... or off road use. I know, probably should have already had this done, but it's been a back burner item...

Wheels are aluminum and design is not complex, so no worries about rust or coverage...

There is a powdercoater that does wheels cheaply, great work/great price.
He is on Washington us40 just east of plainfield , directly across from adesa auto auctions. many, many colors and great price. Near camper top/truck parts sales.
