India was just a 6 week adventure trip to ride in the Himalayas. Was amazing and really worth it for me.

But onto the next part of my Adventure. Being back in the States is not the biggest part of my Journey but it is a really important part. Time to connect and refresh before heading back to Ecuador in Mid August!!

So spending time with my friend in Florida.

    Time at the beach

Really great time indeed. Back to PDX in a week, and will have my GS to ride while I get ready for South America!

Mark, if your in the Portland area Aug 1-5 and have time, maybe you could come to the Sound Rider Rally in Stevenson, Wa. Just up the road from you. I've gone the last 4 years and really enjoy it as a relaxing time to ride the beautiful Gorge area and let my brain flush from work. rj from Walla Walla

I have followed you from the beginning. Thank you for all the photos of places which I may never physically see with my own eyes. I am not as daring as you, nor have the guts to go alone to uncharted territory. Of course it is easier with friends from the ADV community.

I look forward to more photos from South America when you resume your journey. My week adventures are mere bumps in your vocabulary. I admire you and your ideals and it would be a pleasure if one day, if our paths crossed.

I thought that I would be close to you as I will be riding to Hell's Canyon in 3 weeks but I am not sure I will be anywhere near PDX. I did attend the Soundrider Rally a few years ago and there are some nice roads around the Gorge. Have fun . . .

I am far behind, but have been reading several pages with my mouth open in awe.

Awesome thread Mark. I don't comment much, as there is so much good stuff here without my thoughts....however that first video on page 208 is perfect.

I love the Executive Producer. Spot on.

    Go Radioman Go!

Hoping I can get a weekend for a visit while youre in PDX. It'd be good to see you, Mark.

My wife is tired of me going to bed with Radioman every night!
I just spent the last two weeks reading from start to finish. It goes without saying this is one great report.
I had a young Swiss guy stay in our home for three weeks last July after meeting him in a campground on a cycle trip through BC. He rode an Africa Twin from Anchorage to Ushaia over the course of ten months during the same time you were there and I kept expecting him to show in one of your pictures. He is not on ADV but is a true adventurer as yourself.
I'm hooked and will continue to read along. Also sending positive thoughts your way for continued safe travels.
