Bless you sir. Mine not sporting any sewer pipe, but I do indeed like the agricultural tool tubes for storage. Agri-Supply (tool tubes from tractors for your KLR) http://www.agrisupply.com/operator-manual-canister/p/67670/
I suppose that will work if you can't find a sewer pipe. the mounting tabs would be handy in a lot of situations
Is that where it is on the '08s? I was under the impression that the temp sensor was in the radiator, but I might be missing something. Can't go out and look, bike is at work right now (take home truck when I'm on-call)
Exiting from Manizales, Colombia with a fellow and his KLR (mine is the red one, hehe) Samsung GT-I9100 + Tapatalk 2
That? Geographical location (Lat+Long). Town Highway name. State, etc. Or...the cases are mounted 13" back from the leading edge of.... Just being a jerk, but not maliciously. If that's possible.
Hey amigo that is a cool pic (all of them)!! is that an aftermarket oil filter?? or is GEN 2 come with a different set up for the oil filter? I am asking because it looks (to me) like it is out of place to I was thinking after market filter. I am just south of you in Ensenada and you are welcome to come and play! Damasovi
I remember one time when mine was that clean . that really is a good looking KLR. I'm way into the windshield and that lower front fender.
Bought a new KLR this morning, rode home in the rain. I was insprired by the above pics so I washed it and removed the decals.
Yo Damasovi! As far as I know that's where the oil filter is supposed to be ! I don't think they changed it at all over the years, maybe just looks a bit our of place in the photos...
Thanks Capt! Yeah this is the cleanest the bikes been in a long time... washed it after a weekender in Ocotillo Springs desert, figured it was a good time to take a few pics!!
Looks awesome! I love the look of the all black newer bikes... Time to get some farkles all over that baby!!
