I'm with you Drif. Nobody has anything to win or lose ('cept maybe 2nd/3rd in Moto3) CS wants to go out on the top step. Otherwise, most riders have to be looking at the test AFTER the race, right?
Bragging rights for the Spanish riders are up for grabs, so we can look forward to a good race between Jorge and Dani. Should also be a good battle between the Tech3 riders. Rossi's swan song on the Duc will be anticlimatic, at best. And yes, testing should be interesting.
Lets see what Jorgay really has now that the ship is over. Dani vs Casey vs Jorgay. Its going to be Epic.
i am hoping for a no holds barred duel between J Lo and Casey... the two No 1s the duel between the ultimate mid corner speederr and the maintain the highest average speeder
Still can't believe Casey is leaving in his prime. Hopefully Marquez and Rossi back on Yamaha will bring the thrill back next year but having one of the top 3 leave so early in his career is a shame.
I don't see an airtime on dish network when scrolling on their guide. Is someone else showing it in the US?
Seems like the end of an era in a way. Next year will be so different with Stoner gone, Rossi back on a competitive bike, new blood from Moto2...
Maybe it'll be a real race now that JLo won't need to throttle off and manage second place to score points. Well, one can dream, anyway. Brno all over again would be nice.
Curious to see how Aoyama will do after a less than competitive year in superbike. Pretty amazing to go from world champion to back marker just like that. Although Elias knows about it all to well.
So, the last go round for 2012. MotoGP should be exciting but probably won't. No pressure, no excuses (wait, maybe 1 or 2), they all have no reason not to have a go this time round. Will probably watch the first few laps, unless there is some genuine racing happening. One can only hope. Moto2, will be a pleasure to watch these lunatics backing it into the turns and elbowing each other out of the way. These guys always keep it fresh. Moto3, the juniors are always fun. Honestly, the MotoGP race is fairly unpredictable between the top 3, depends who wants end of season bragging rights the most. More interested in the info coming from the post race test to see who is going to generate the most excitment for next year.
