Just a quick line to say we are 5 weeks out:clap
There will be quite a few people there on the Friday night so rock on up.
Look forward to some more video courtesy of Josh Evans, AMCN contributor ad Eye of the Rider" film maker.

Pre-paying gets you a badge on the day, and you can order a t-shirt in just about any colour you like. Pre-paid entries must be received by 31 August.

We had a fantastic roll-up last year and look forward to seeing everyone again this year!
    cheers

Haven't worked out what's happening yet, the crawl home last year with Strudy nursing some broken ribs on the Harley wasn't fun! :eek1

he kept muttering about who was the stupid bastard who left all those logs laying near the fire,
didn't help that he went mountaineering over the top of them with a stubby in each hand!, :freaky

Got abused by some church going old dear @ a Forbes servo, for being at the bowsers filling up the bikes when she wanted to get her fuel!! She was obviously absolved of all her weekly sins & good to go again at abusing dirty grotty bikie types, [thought I pulled up pretty good after a big night out] !!!! :puke1

I'm planning on doing a bit of a tour on my way from Ipswich to the Far Cairn in a couple of weeks time.

Can anyone advise of the condition of the road between Willow Tree and Merriwa (Merriwa-Murrundi Rd, also shown on maps as Willow Tree Road). I haven't been able to find on the Net if it's fully sealed or still partly unsealed. Google maps sattelite view show it as unsealed in the middle section. I've ridden the Merriwa-Scone Road (good fun) but not this other road. I'm wondering if its suitable for the K1100RS or best left for another day to do on my DRZ400S?

Also need advice on pub (cheap) accommodation (preferably with somewhere safe to park the bike) in Merriwa (or Denman), Bathurst (plan to go to the motor museum), Wellington (want to visit the caves) and Coonabarabran (Siding Springs Observatory and the Warrumbungles).

"I don't give a fark what you do" - I'll take that as approval to attend this one. Will hopefully plan it well enough to get to the cairn for a pic before settling in for an evening of argeling (stolen from mid 80's Qld BMW jargon - shit, showin me age again).

Dirt Surfer is dragging me over the unsealed approach, can't wait.

Groomed dirt road - easy going no probs on a K. Causeway dips - lots of cattle on road when I went through and some great tar twisties in the middle - a short cut highlight for me when Newelling North.

    Here tis

I've already threatened Max with gross intoxication to get the detail of this yarn from him and, no, I won't be asking for a demonstration.

I will be leaving Nowra Friday early, went last year and it's a good rally:clap

Baz if you have not seen the "Cain" yet? You are missing out on a BIG "WOW" factor by not doing that:evil

Last year went over to Nymagee for lunch and then back to the rally, it was a good lunch and ride:freaky

Anyone going Friday and want to meet up?
