Got a Moss dome tent. Made in USA, great design, seen some use... Don't know the model, and I can't guarantee 100% that it's all there, but I'm pretty sure parts are all functional and complete. Moss was/is one of the finest tents made - their designs were bought out by MSR. Google "Moss tent" and you'll see pics of typical color scheme (wine and tan). Weighs a little over 6lbs i think, and looks like a roomy 2-man size. FREE to good home.

I am still heading down to Cat Herder Country early May, http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=542664
Still looking for a Blue Grass Band to play at my campsite, Saturday, May 8'th (Country Waye, 2 miles north of Luray). All my web searches only found one that I thought would fit the bill (Shenandoah Drive). No CD's, crappy web site, not many gigs listed for 2010, but they wanted $500 for a 4 peice group! Plus $100 to bring amps! I could get 3 strippers and a donkey for that much!! Oh wait, I'm having a thought....... Never mind, Lynne is going with me, and it's hard to find a woman that rides a dual sport bike as good as her.
Anyway, if you guys near there could do some scouring of newspapers, bars, whatever, and drop a pm. I know you guys have a lot going on around that weekend, but you're all welcome to join me, if not, I'll set there and enjoy the band myself, it's my birthday, so f**k you all. And yes, my offer to buy the beer for the night still stands.
    Thanks
    M

I have a pup tent thats 15 years old which most likely has more space than your current nylon kid's cubbie. My Marmot is practically brand new but I also have an old Coleman Dome Tent which my family uses. I'll be setting this one up and checking it out. If it doesn't fit my needs, or I succumb to the guilt of tentless unprepared cat herders, I'll pass it on.:thumb

I want only 3 things in a tent:

    Easy to carry
    Waterproof
    Easy to set up.

My current tent has one of those...

If there are truly cats out there that absoloutely NEED a tent, its free to a good home. You all figure it out amongst yourselves. I'm going for a scoot on Saturday and plan to make my way down to Verona and pick it up. So far looks like skippii, OnO, and Nick65 need a tent. Its a three man tent right gimme? :rofl
