I'm glad to see you out and playing! I still have 1/2 mile of ice on my driveway :puke1. Tried it about this time last year...didn't make it more than 100 feet and cost me a clutch lever :lol3. Another week or so...

We've been wondering where the heck you've been. You've been mighty quiet. I hope spring brings everyone out.

I might be up for a little spin Marc. Where are you thinking about heading? I still need to throw my front wheel back on. Was going to do it tonight but it's cold out there.

My oldest son and I will be out riding today. Mainly south of Spokane with a quick stop at "Journey on 2" for some RC parts.
Checked my tires last night, no flats :huh. Thats a first. :clap
Maybe we will see you on the road. Oh, and Supercross is on live today at 4:30pm on Speed.

Good ride with the wife on back of GSA yesterday...Sort of a circuitous route from Post Falls to Rockford to Valley Chapel to back home sort of loop. Watch out for sand, gravel, dirt in the corners. Basically, spring riding! Just glad it's finally here!!

Valley Chapel headed north...just where it gets really good.

Pretty consistent strip of crud right down the middle of the lane everywhere we went.

Met this guy on his S1000RR at the South Hill Starbucks warm up stop. We admired each other's machines and wondered at how BMW can so successfully build two such wildly different bikes.

That's my dream bike right there! (both)... The color of that RR would match my 800 perfectly!

We laughed at the difference between my passenger seat and his and wondered who probably had the happier wife. :lol3

Route Question - is there a route from Spokane area to the west side - Seattle/Everett area that is mostly if not all dirt? You know, sort of a WABDR except running horizontal instead of vertical HA! Any help would on routes would be appreciated, thanks.

I have wondered the same thing. I hate taking I90 all the way to seattle, and Highway 2 over Stevens Pass isn't much better. Not to mention longer.

By the way, high of 56° on Saturday!!!!!!!!!! :clap

I pulled the RT out of hibernation today and went for a ride with a few friends. The plan was to meet up with some more friends outside of Washtucna then head to Starbuck for lunch.

    Just a few pics.

    GPS track map.

From the top of the Spiral Highway. Can a road be too twisty? :lol3

I had a great time but was glad to get home. It rained the whole way between Pullman and Fairfield. Visibility was the worst problem for me.
I really hate it when the water starts collecting on the inside on my face shield. :baldy

I think we passed by you around 6:30 tonight on hwy 27 between Freeman and Rockford. We were in the Subaru STI with the Monster graphics.
That was a pretty good loop you did, considering the weather.

I just took 27 from Pullman myself. Last night around ten though. Was 32 almost the whole time. I was freezing.

Wondering if the food in the bar is any good, I have eaten at the restuarant ( still open?) several times, but not at the bar yet?

The Starbuck chilidog festival:dg is held a couple of blocks away at a little park.

If you look really, really close in your picture, just up and to the left of the Clearwater memorial bridge about a pointers distance, you can see how good my lawn looks after I mowed it yesterday:D.
Fixed the water heater today and worked in the shop.

No. That is my favorite ride when I don't have time to ride or the middle of winter, midnight in December.
Cross the bridge, wave to the nice deputies at the Nez Perce County Jail and hit the gas, up to the top , or the snow line, and back down:D:D:D:D:D .

The food in the bar was fine. I just had a burger. Not the best burger I have ever had but certainly not the worst. They did have more interesting items on the menu. Very friendly folks. I didn’t notice a restaurant. I was just following the bike in front of me all day.

I will try to make it down for the chilidog festival.
