    I was think of going.

is it true that every factory will be there with lasestt models?

I like the idea of aria and shoe be there and trying each sized helmet

what about gear vendor . like back and chest and full knee-shin protectors

would like to beable to compare each brand. would that be likely ?

it would be a weeking end trip.

I was thinking train into city. any where to stay with in walk or cab ride under $300 that is nice? ( her not me)

I have'nt been to this show in a few years but I don't think you will find Factory representation of Aria or Shoe but there should be vendors there selling those products

i never called them that, unless the prof was an actual "brotha" but i digress. and isn't college meant to be an era of self-exploration, pot and cigs felt equally consumed especially considering how easy it is to get in that area of town.

In the past, both companies have had unmanned displays of all their helmets available to try on. Cabled to the display of course, but with enough slack to enable a trial fit.

I would encourage anyone thinking about going to go Fri., since Sat and Sun can be terribly crowded.

    Hi John! :wave

Likely, I will be at the show Friday & Saturday, working the NYMSTF booth. I will post a discount code for tickets when I get one! (Usually, they're for $2-3 off the admission.)

According to the website, it looks like KTM will be at the show again. :dllama

:rofl:roflPermission to be in EWR:rofl:rofl It's way to far east of the Missouri River for this Rocky Mtn Native, however I spend lots of time in and out of Newark. So i keep a place to stay in Ironbound. Plenty of great places to eat in Ironbound,:dg and close to Newark Penn station. AND riding the 62 bus from the airport to Ironbound is usually an ADVenture.:lol3 But I'm always open to suggestions on good places to eat.

    LMAO

if ya don't mind me asking (send pm if ya want) what do U do to keep a place in da Ironbound?

Places that I still go to (cause I know the bartender & she takes care of ya:wink:) is Campinos on Jabez (off WIlson).
For good lunch specials - Caffe Italia
Brazilia on Monroe for the eye candy & Rodizio

Boi Na Brasa isn't bad as well. I tend to stay away from the tourist traps on Ferry.

Taste of Portugal & Allegro are good as well. For real good bread, Teixeira ( I go to the one on Magazine & Kossuth)

My buddy says Dinosaur BBQ near the arena is good w/ good music

    Jeez I'm hungry now

Last year was very dissapointing, I agree with the pirate leather crowd comment (no safety promos at all), and people who don't even ride.

Good thing I just cab it there and back for super cheap. Enjoy the show guys, ill definitely end up there anyway, something to do on a cold winter day.

I'm right off Ferry St, behind Iberia Peninsula. I'm making a list of the places you suggest, always open to new sugestions. Probably one of my favorites is Spanish Tavern. A little pricey, but good. The lunch room always make a real good sandwich. Francesca was real good,, but got poor for a while, but better now. There is a eal good Italian on over about South St, can't remember the name, but good. Rodizio is pretty good. Anyway I fly for Continental, or whoevers name they painted on the roof today.:D

FYI - my bro lives in Denvuh & I want to ride w/ him this Spring/Summer, but don't want to ride out there, can I put the moto on one of ur flights, shh don't tell anyone.:D

My wife and I are going on the 18th. She has never really been to NYC (Highschool marching band twice in a parade, and a couple doctors visits via bus then taxi). Going to take her down the Poughkeepsie train line (she has never been on one of those either). Then we will walk from Grand Central, to the Javits. That way get to see Times Square, NY library, couple other smaller things. After that she can really determine how much she dislikes cities.:rofl

You can find just about anything your looking for there, just check out all the small vendor booths. Yeah lots of pirate gear. The Arai guys have always been super helpful. They'll measure your melon, reccomend helmet shell style, size and cheek pads , then go shopping on line for the best price with a perfect fit.
